After earning his law degree, Mr. Kline began his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County. He later became the owner of Kline’s Department Store in Chicago Heights, a thriving family-run business. Before launching his own law firm in 1999, Mr. Kline served as an administrative law judge at the Illinois Human Rights Commission and as a staff attorney at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
